ButterCMS's Cloudinary integration enables ButterCMS users to publish content with Cloudinary assets.

Overview

ButterCMS is a headless content management system (CMS) that allows you to manage the content on your website or app.

With the ButterCMS integration, you can use Cloudinary as your preferred DAM solution for images, videos, and other digital assets. The Cloudinary Media Library opens directly from within the ButterCMS interface so you can seamlessly bring your Cloudinary assets into ButterCMS projects and enjoy easy access to all the benefits of Cloudinary's dynamic media management platform, including:

  • The Cloudinary DAM: Your single source of truth for storing and collaborating on all of the organization's rich media files, such as images, videos, 3D objects, PDFs, and more. Using the Cloudinary Media Library from ButterCMS, you can share media with other users, apply structured metadata values tailored for your organization's media workflow, and take advantage of advanced AI capabilities that enable automatic tagging, face detection, advanced search capabilities, background removal, and more.

  • Transformations: Allow you to modify, enhance, and edit your media files. When you set up the ButterCMS integration, you can set default transformations on the assets that you import from Cloudinary to make sure they conform to company standards, such as applying a watermark or standardizing size. You can also use transformations within Cloudinary's DAM to personalize the assets you deliver on your website.

  • Media Optimization: Enables media handling at scale including automatic image and video optimization and fast delivery to every user device and delivery channel.

Note
The Safari browser may require additional steps when logging in to the Media Library. If you encounter an issue, follow the prompts to log in separately and attempt to open the Media Library again. Alternatively, use one of the other recommended browsers when working with Cloudinary.
